TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT AT STARAX

As the STARAX family, we believe that training is necessary and beneficial for personnel at all levels as a factor that increases efficiency in the work done.

Our employees are recognized as valuable members of the STARAX family. For this reason, regular training programs are provided to support the continuous personal development of our employees. These trainings aim to increase both individual and corporate success by contributing to the development of professional skills and personal competencies.

WORKING HOURS

Working hours for STARAX employees are from 08:30 to 18:30, 5 days a week. Shift work is carried out in our production departments in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Law. Shifts and hours determined by STARAX management are regularly communicated to our employees. The shift hours are as follows:
1st Shift: 08:30-18:30
2nd Shift: 22:30-08:30
Labor Law working conditions are observed.

Cafeteria and cafeteria services are provided to all our employees.

TRANSPORTATION

Our employees' commute to and from the workplace is provided through shuttle service organization.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH

Workplace Physician-Infirmary service is provided for daily health problems that may be experienced in the workplace. They can receive service under more favorable conditions at the private hospitals we have agreements with.

BONUS

STARAX employees are paid a bonus determined by company policy upon completion of their two-month probation period.

GIFT SHOPPING CARD

STARAX employees are entitled to receive gift shopping vouchers in periods and amounts determined by company policy.

MARRIAGE ASSISTANCE

STARAX employees are entitled to receive marriage assistance from our company when they get married.

BIRTH ASSISTANCE

STARAX employees are entitled to receive birth assistance from our company when they have a newborn baby or adopt a child.

MILITARY SERVICE ASSISTANCE

STARAX employees who are enlisted for compulsory military service are entitled to receive military service assistance from our company.

PAID BEREAVEMENT LEAVE

In addition to the paid leave given in case of the death of employees' relatives as specified in the labor law, STARAX also provides paid leave rights in case of death of the employees' spouse's parents.
